Practical life
Students engage in exercises of daily living, learning to care for themselves, their school environment, and the natural world with grace and courtesy.
Sensorial
Students develop intelligence via thought-provoking work. They order, compare, contrast, evaluate, grade, and classify, all precursors to problem-solving.
Math
An extension of sensorial, students learn using materials that give concrete expressions to abstract ideas, like counting, adding, and multiplication.
Language
Students learn the sounds of letters and learn to build words with the movable alphabet. They also have the opportunity to learn to read and write.
Culture
Students engage in cultural experiences through geography, botany, zoology, art, music, and dance, which are integrated into our curriculum.
Nature
Students spend time outdoors daily on our beautiful 1.7 acre property that is full of natural beauty and surrounded by ponds, meadows, and woods.
