Consider our Summer Camp Programs…
Our summer days are packed with creative activities that help engage children in the discovery of the world around them while leading them toward greater independence, concentration, and respect for others. Children learn purely for the joy of learning itself and our goal is to continue nurturing that desire during the summer months in a safe, caring environment.
Our days are filled with both indoor and outdoor play, educational activities, crafts, games, stories, water play with sprinklers and water tables, wagon rides or walks to local places of interest (library, rec center, museum, etc.), and gardening. Campers will enjoy lunch outside at the picnic tables, making many new friends, and air conditioned classrooms when the temperature soars.
Summer camp is open to all children ages two through six years old, alumni up to age eight, and children as young as 18 months who are currently enrolled or enrolled for the 2017-18 school year
We offer four different themes, each lasting two weeks, with each week incorporating different activities so it will not be repetitive for those campers attending multiple weeks. Campers can attend one week or up to all eight weeks, and may vary between three or five days and half or full from week to week. Registrations are accepted in the order received, first come, first served, until we are full.
Kathy Glimenakis and Stacie Hixson are our Camp Co-Directors. Kathy is the Toddler Program Director and Stacie is the After-Care Director during the school year. We will have additional camp staff as needed to maintain a ratio of one adult for every five toddler campers and one adult for every seven Preschool+ campers. All of our core staff have CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety certification.
The registration deadline is May 15th and registration forms should be submitted with a
non-refundable deposit of $25 per week. Registrations received after the deadline will result in a
$15 late registration fee being assessed and are subject to availability.
Space is not guaranteed until confirmed by the school office. Confirmation letters, additional paperwork, and general information will be mailed, but feel free to call or email to inquire about availability at any time. Payment and all required paperwork must be received before a child can attend camp. Payment for registered weeks is due as follows (less deposit): the first four weeks by June 15th and the last four weeks by July 15th.
